So I have a question regarding salinity
My P4 reads 35.2 psu then if I change the display to kg/l it reads 1.025
Shouldn’t the kg/l be higher or the psu lower?

Even though the mg/L values given by the P4 have the same format as SG, they are not the same.
mg/L and SG are different units of measure. :)

PSU however is equivalent to PPT which is what you see when you look at the right-side of a refractometer.
