How do you guys store your salt? Do you use any food safe moisture absorbing packets? Or what do you do for storing your unmixed salt?

I'm using HW and it comes in one big bag so I dump the whole bag into a 5 gallon bucket with a lid that has a rubber gasket. Before that I was using IO which comes in four smaller bags. I would just leave the sealed bags in the box and the one I have open was closed up with a binder clip and put into a 5 gallon bucket with a rubber gasket. No issues with either. I did have clumping one time when I was using one of those buckets the 160gallon IO mix comes in. No issues with the 5 gallon bucket from HD that had a better lid.

I leave it in the bags, and the open bags I put in screw-top plastic containers (like the kind costco-pretzel rods come in)
