Long white tube looking things sticking up in sand bed any idea what they are please

Phyllochaetopterus worms.

Almost certainly fan worms. If you bought live rock and there were fan worms on it, some may have relocated to your sand bed.

Ok thanks for the reply I can see at least 15 of them maybe more that I can’t see kinda look like feather dusters

Could well be what @EeyoreIsMySpiritAnimal suggested instead, but either way they are almost certainly a worm of some sort, and I doubt they are a problem.

There been there awhile now only noticed them when I left one powerhead a little bit to strong and shifted the sand bed apart from that all looks good
