I had put some frags in the sand, such as zoas and xenia. I picked them up today and noticed that the sand is imbedded into the coral, such as the coral grew around the sand (kind of like when you leave a bike rack next to a tree). Is this going to kill the coral, how about stress them out and leach toxins?
