Mixed in my salt last night and then brough the tank up to temperature. Then added my live sand (bio-activ live sand). It’s been 14 hours since I added it but it still hasn’t settled. I need it to settle to add the rest of my liverock. Any tips? I just turned off my gyre there now.

I would just do what you already did...turn off the flow until it settles.

It takes a few days for the silt in the sand to settle.
