Sand pests?

Hi, I have a 40 gal cube. I set it up a few months ago and tonight i noticed this shrimp/worm looking thing in the sand bed
Anyone knows what it is?

You should get lots of beneficial worms in a sand bed eventually. That might be a spaghetti worm but not sure.
