Would a sand sifting goby help get rid of a good amount of sand algae around 1 1/2 months into my 75 gallon reef and know that sand sifting gobies need a mature sand bed so what should i do?

Depends on the Goby. Hector's and Court Jester (Rainford) are actual algae eaters. Twin Spots are more sifting for copepods and meatier foods and Diamond, Watchman, etc. are more detritus and copepods from my understanding.
