Hello everyone!

SO, the rock in my tank has these spikey like tube things sticking out EVERYWHERE?!
From the research that Ive done so far, it seems like they could be Spaghetti Worms, but ive never seen anything come out of them! Or, they could be Sand Tube Worms BUT I just dont understand why theyre all over my rock, instead of the sand..?
My brain hurt and I'm confuzzled, pls help :D

*I only have 1 photo at the moment, but I can take more if need be*

I believe those are a type of sponge (or similar), especially if they are squishy.

I don't know what they are, but I can tell you they aren't worms. I have spaghetti worms and other kinds, and they stick to the sand.
