How long can Sarco be a mad little mushroom? Right now it looks like in the first photo but sometimes in the morning he looks well… bleh and I thought he was getting better. I got him like 1,5 weeks ago

How is everything else in your tank doing?

What light and flow is it getting?

Parameters?

How did you acclimate it?

Welcome to R2R!

1.5 weeks is generally enough time for something to acclimate to your tank.

How old is the tank, water parameters, lighting and flow please.

I drop acclimated it with other inverts (skunk shrimp, snails and some hermits I think) I placed it on the lower part of the aquascape near sand. I think he gets at least medium flow although I am running the pump low on 30%. Briareum is doing fine, Xenia is pumping and Ricordea Yuma is extended and doing good I think. No algae, I think diatoms started to appear.

Height nitrites around 50
No phosphates (perhaps the rocks are drinking it?)
PH 8,2 - 8,3
KH around 7,5 (working to get it higher)

The cycle took a month and now it’s my week three when I put first two fish in. My tank is mostly cuc.

Oh I forgot to mention. I am using acclimation mode on my LED. Currently it’s around 52% and it will end around month from now. It’s a Red Sea G3 200. And more or less looks like this

I swapped Briareum with Xenia (they got to much flow)

If it were me, I'd drop the acclimation mode at this point. It might likely turbo charge the uglies, but keeping the light low and slowly increasing will only delay that anyway.
Yeah I will have to do that… ehh bye bye clean aquascape. Thank you!
