As the title suggest i would love to keep this fish in my reef. Im not worry about this guy going after my coral, clams, or anemones. But what i do want to know if i should attempt keeping shrimps with him. Has anyone els have similar experiences with this fish and shrimp or should i not bother with the shrimp and just keep the reef shrimpless?

I don't have one of these, but I do have have a niger and picasso in my 180 reef. I don't think any shrimp or crab would last long with a trigger in the tank.

I've had one in my reef along with a Clown, Assasi and Blueline for 3 years and I would go shrimp less if I were you. They will eventually snack on it.
