Stayed home from work yesterday and noticed a couple of white spots on my clown. Did some reading and signs pointed to ich. Looked like from when I noticed to bed time (~6hrs) the spots reduced then woke up this morning and she was covered in spots. I freaked got some RO/Di water in a glass warmed up to the same temp as tank water and set her in it for a lil less than 5 minutes. Spots are off dramatically but she seemed stressed. This is her an hour after being put back in display. I’m new to this and am in the process of researching a quick how to on a qt tank and plan on qt’ing all fish. Or am I jumping the gun?

Just want to make sure she’s ok.
