A few weeks ago I was cleaning my 16" wifi extreme and discovered some lenses that had yellowed significantly and one diode that appears very dark. I posted in the facebook support group asking about this issue. The light is under 2 years old, in the same post I inquired if it was a warranty issue. I was told to send an email and they would send me new lenses. Two weeks later I have had no response, comments for my post were turned off and additional posts from myself to the "support group" where you are not supposed to discuss warranty issues have not been approved. I have called and never gotten an answer. Does anyone have any recomendations on how to get the issue resolved or should in just cut my losses and buy something different? Recomendations on replacement parts.

From what i have read lately, they are not responding to their customer, you rear all over forums and their facebook groups.

You can buy those lenses from other place if you want to keep the light.
