For those that dose their tanks - have you tried AFR and if so, does it work well for you?

Thinking of setting up a dosing station with AFR

what?
AFR comes with everything u need, it also comes with a lot of nice trace elements, it also sticks around for sometime, and u dont have to do large doses, it is everything in one, so u donthave to always dosediffrent things

I use AFR on my 20-gallon. Once dialed in, it keeps alk and calcium consistent. At least in my tank. If you use it and make adjustments, test your alk and calcium a week later to see any difference. I’ve been thinking of adding kalk through another doser to increase pH slightly. Once summer gets here, the windows won’t be open as much.

its an 11.4 gal
3-4 months
I just need to manually clean rn
everyone is telling me to do that(if I ask)
I just need to know, do I scrub or dip?
Don’t scrub or dip. If the algae is bad, just manually pluck out as much as you can. Adding some clean up critters will help keep it controlled but managing your nutrients is the best practice.

I have a calcium reactor but haven’t set it up yet. Debating setting it up or just dose for all elements once I’ve done some testing
