Thanks for your reply... what did you get ? I got the 32" pro.. and that had a special free shipping... but same... no updates..I ordered mine on March 14, when I check the website it still says processing order
I think I saw where they were on vacation this week or last week. Not real sure but I saw something to the effect.
Yeah but they have workers, I saw that too but it's about answering phones.. They said "Shipping" "Processing" is going to be normal and tracking will be shipped out.
mine still says "processing in process"

Their shipping and customer service is terrible. I received a damaged light 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for my replacement. It also took me writing several emails and Facebook messages to even get a response...
You didn't sell me the damaged one did you? Lol
