Scat acclimatization

I've found a scat for sale that is currently living in a brackish tank. Does anyone know how I would go about acclimatizing it to live in my saltwater tank? I already have one, but it was already living in saltwater when I bought it.

Set up a brackish tank and slowly raise the salt level till it reaches your salt water tank salt level

Over a period of weeks. For my green spotted puffer, if memory serves, it was .002 salinity increase per week.
