Schedule for g6 blue 900g syste

I started switching from the orphek icon to the g6 blue because the most recent wwc video uses g6 blue for the 900G system. Would love to know about the height of the lights, the distance between the 2 rows of lights and the schedule you use for the g6 blue. I have downloaded it on the web but I can't determine if this is a g6 or g5 calendar. I also use 2 rows of lights, so I mainly want to ask about the optimal coverage for the g6 xr30 blue. thanks for the help
