Schwabie33 bad seller

I agreed to buy some corals from Lauren Schwab to be shipped on 5/8.
I asked for tracking #'s that night and he said it didn't go out.
He said he would ship the next day. It didn't.
On the third day he said he would pack some freebies or I could get a refund.
I said at this point ( 5/10) I would prefer a refund.
He said ok.
So far no refund.
Nothing but excuses.
Changing banks, waiting on paypal, etc.
Now, no contact since 5/12

Looking at his feedback I'm not the only one who has had problems.

Heard from "Adam" just now.
He said that he hadn't forgotten about me and I would get it by Friday.
If anything changes, I will post the results.

Well Friday came and went and no contact from Schwabie33.
I didn't really expect to hear from him as everything so far proves he is a flake and not to be trusted.

No. I really didn't expect anything.
The moment he started making excuses like changing banks, paypal was messing with him, I knew it was over.


He stopped responding to my texts.

Well he made another promise on Monday to pay me by Friday and that didn't happen.
I'm not surprised.
But it does make me curious why he would continue to make promises that he has not intention of keeping.

A few weeks ( 3-4) ago he promised a refund, again, but nothing ever happened.
Thank you. The staff is looking into this.

We strongly encourage resolution and allow both parties to contribute but postings of private conversations and personal information of either party is prohibited.

at first I told the seller I would ship on monday, I scheduled for it even though my pickups were always Tuesday and Thursday, I called shipping and asked why the box wasn't picked up and they said because I had in the system Tuesday and Thursday, I then notified the seller and we agreed on Tuesday for shipout date, we'll Tuesday came and the lady I talked to from shipping choose Monday as a future pickup date, I then notified and told Finn what was going on, told him I could Trow some freebies in and he didn't want anything to do with it just a freebie, at this time my wife changed the bank info so that money wasn't available to me, it was some bad choices mixed with bad timing. Last year alone I sold around 50k with zero negative feedback until finns and a few others near it (not rick gs he choose he didn't want it and said I never shipped within 12 hrs) I was on nights at the time and have a 1 year old I was trying to spend time with when I was off. All in all I apologize to everyone.

Finn also did receive a refund from me through PayPal so not sure why wend he said he didn't.

Also Finn did a chargeback through PayPal and this was taken care of. I told him to file a dispute the first week this was going on as well.

Not that this justifies anything but I did tell him to file a dispute may 13th which would have guaranteed his funds with a timeframe and he said he didn't want to. Just glad this is in the past.

NO I did NOT receive a refund through Paypal.
I paid you using "Friends and Family"
And as I now know when you pay this way, you are SOL if you need to file a dispute.
I did file a dispute, but was turned down.

Again NO.
I got no help from Paypal because of the method I used for paying.

I did not receive a refund.

I have the proof they debited it Finn, what more can I do? Maybe call you credit card company and see what the status is. They are the ones that contacted PayPal it says, the money was taken from my account...

Again the screen shots contain private information and to some extent private conversations, both are not permitted. If you feel so inclined please do so via private messages not on a public forum.
