After talking with Paypal, they did confirm they actually got the money from you.
I still think you are not to be trusted.
It was only through Paypal dispute and Visa that you were forced to pay the money you owed.

In the end, I guess one thing I have learned from all this.
Never pay with Paypal as Friends and Family.
The dispute would have been cleared up much sooner.

Paypal charged Schwabie the money he owed.
I guess the issue is closed.
