So I have had this scolly for 18 months and I feed it fauna LPS pellets once or twice a week. Its been doing great, however I noticed for the past 2 months its acting weird. Normally during daylight hours the flesh part will swell and fan out to a perfect flat round, but lately the flesh will swell and create small folds on the edges like a wellso. Is that normal when the scolly grows? I am thinking if I should epoxy it to a piece of LR instead of laying it one the sand bed so it will have more material to utilize for a bigger skeleton?

Anyone else have this problem with their scolly?

Especially if you feed the fauna marin pellets they seem to love that and will eat anytime. But if the feeder tenecals are out feed that baby and he'll grow but definetly not very fast.

feeders are not out, its only out when the pellets lays there for about 10 seconds. I don't want to feed more than twice a week cuz my phosphates and nitrates are boader line high even with my gfo and refugium and twice a week 5% water change
