Is it a scolymia vitiensis? I know they grow into multi-head colonies like that.

Is this a new discovery? I've never heard of scollys doing this, people don't even frag them because of the high failure rates and odd ball look scollys after wards.

They have popped up over the past 3 or 4 months, I'm pretty blown away at it.

And like I've said , they seem to have popped from the skirt and not the skeleton or base like an acan would

It looks like a bowerbanki to me. My bowerbanki is growing heads in the exact same manner. The second picture is the same bowerbanki before it grew more heads
