Why is my scoly puffing upwards instead of laying more flat like most do? I’ve been tinkering with light intensity recently ( 5 radion xr15 pros over a 72”x 36”D x 28”H mixed reef) and have moved it from light to shade when I ramped up my lights to 60% and back under direct light when I ramped them back down to 40% with it the past 2 months or so. All points are 100% intensity with the overall schedule at 40% intensity and I’m running the AB+ schedule. Does it look like it’s “reaching” for more light?

Might not be enough light I know from past experiences when an lps puffs and increases its surface area its to get more light....have you tried slowly moving to a more intense lighting area?
