So for the last couple days I have noticed a bulbous shape of the mouth of my scoly. Didn't think much of it until today just after the lights came on that it was actually a shell. I'm guessing a hermit was try to crawl across and just didn't make it. How concerned should I be? If the coral wants to it will spit it right out correct?Or do I need to try to help it out myself?

Is it still in the mouth or is it just sitting on top of the flesh?
