Scopes tang aggression

So 2 weeks ago I added a scopes tang, 2 clowns and a dogface puffer, today I added a hippo blue tang and a fox face and the scopes seems to keep chasing the fox face and being aggressive towards it, any idea how I could stop the aggression?

Try adding some mirrors to the side of the tank.
