Scrubber or biopellet reactor?

I’m tired of looking at these little patches of algae. It disgusts me. I already have a cheato reactor which is productive and skim heavily. I feed heavily also. And a gfo reactor. Nitrates at 10-20 ppm and phosphates at .1... what would be the better alternative. I have little clean up crew as well. Only a couple snails and a tuxedo urchin. What would be the better alternative?
