Sea fan/gorgonian ID?

It might be too small. Someone brought me this mostly dead. At the very bottom there was still some life so I’ve cut off the damaged dead branches and put it into my tank.

Any idea on ID?

That looks like a common Caribbean gorgonian. I forget the scientific name, but it is sometimes called the rusty gorgonian.
They are very hardy.
