I don't know what that white and purple thing is please help I don't want it to kill my whole tank

If its your seahare and its not moving and is inking or looks like its dissolving, falling apart, i'd yank it. Better safe than sorry. If you're concerned about your tank and seahare, isolate it in a small tank/container and observe. Just be aware when you go to remove, it may dissolve fall apart and go everywhere. So turn your flow off and scoop it out with a cup or something. Hope its nothing, good luck.

It is out now in a container but it won't move or stick it still has a bulge and that is going down. No ink and it moves when I gently nudge it

How long have you had it? Have you been feeding it? Looks to me like he's just unhappy with something. Either change in water parameters(even a water change) or he's hungry. Mine sometimes shrivels up or even buries himself in the sand when he's not happy with me.
