I’m planning on keep 2 Pairs of sea horse in a 36 gallon with a goby of some sort to clean up their messy eating. For food I’m planning setting up a mini fridge and having a doser 3-4 times a day to feed mysis or whatever. And planning to keep macro algae and some gongonian for them And macro rock. Going to do a sump and have skimmer.
Any advice or suggestions or anything will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you're off to a great start!

Maybe get a chiller but some don't mind warmer temps.

Once you find the business you are going to buybfrom they should have all the info on how they are raising their ponies.

What ever the vendor kept them at is what I would try ro replicate.
