A capful of SeaKlear is more than sufficient. Most times your just going to use like 5mls or less, this stuff is made for pools, so alittle goes along way in our tanks.
I use 3/4 of a capful in a 240g tank.

Ok for all those people wondering what's the difference between curing and cycling. I am wondering this as well so people with more knowledge phrase inform me and everyone else who are wondering on the difference.

Here is how I use the terms:

Curing is the dealing with organisms that come on some live rock that die and then degrade, or dead organic material already on dead rock that should be removed (curing is a biological way to do that).

Cycling is getting the bacteria in place to perform the nitrogen cycle, taking ammonia to nitrate.
