I found a 150g peninsula with stand and glass sump from sea side aquatics which seems like a great deal for only 2100 brand new. Anyone heard of them or dealt with them? The tank is an Aqua Japan?

If you’re referring to Seaside Aquatics in Anaheim, CA — yes, legit. I bought almost all my gear there. Tom is a great guy!
Yes I am! I was just concerned because they said they want me to use zelle or venmo (since im not a business) to pay and it seemed a little scary

Do you have a contact number or email for them?

Thanks for the input

I ordered a stand and mount for my skimmer from them and emailed them ahead of time asking if they would fit and even showing them which ones I had, he said it would work just fine, so I ordered them. Came and and didn’t fit, messaged him back and he said “oh yea if you had told me which skimmer it was I would have told you it wouldn’t work” and wouldn’t refund or exchange.

I have it in writing where I told him exactly which skimmer I had.

I ended up having to mod it myself to make it work.

So less then Steller customer service but seems like others have had better luck.

Seems since they wholesale they don’t really care about small orders.

I would avoid this highly! It gives you absolutely ZERO recourse should anything happen.

If they do you like they did me you’ll be out of luck for a lot more than me

When I ordered my skimmer and pump I was thankfully able to pay via credit card. Seems they have changed in the last 6 months to be even worse

HOW MUCH DOES A FISH’S FEEDING REQUIREMENTS AFFECT YOUR STOCKING DECISIONS?
