Seachem Matrix carbom

Hey guys, how much carbom should I use for a 120g? The instructions says 1L treats 400g. Can overdose if I put too much? How do I measure this for a 120g? One cup?

I personally use one cup, run Ning I a reactor, in my 120g. Been doing it for 2+ years without issue. BRS, among others, have calculators as well.

I also use about a a cup in my 120 and change it about every two weeks. I rinse it well and soak it until it stops bubbling. I believe it is very good carbon and the only one I buy

+1 on the rinsing...I should have mentioned that as well.
