Anyone ever order from seahorse.com? I just bought a pair of yellow erectus from them and wonder if anyone has feedback. Seems like they care for the horses a lot and looking forward to getting mine this wednesday.

Yeah went with the sunburst (h.erectus). Yeah one of the employees told me to make sure I request exactly what I wanted in a comment box when you order and I said BRIGHT colors yellow or orange and also a pregnant male. Like I said the guy claims they'll honor the request so I have my fingers crossed!

I'll have pictures up ASAP!!

I'm not sure sure about the prego male, I'd say good luck to you on that way, most places will separate their sexes if they are sewable and sell them that way, making it not possible for a prego male, and plus, if there is 50+ babies in a male they are selling, that's basically giving away free money, I wish you best of luck on it though!!!!

We got two pair from them. Great place to order from. No issues at all. They all were eating frozen PE Mysis as they state. And actually one of our males had a single baby about a week or so after we received them. No luck with the baby of course, but cool experience to see it live.

We went with seahorse.com after another friend recommended them. They visited the facility in Hawaii and later ordered two pair which is why we got ours from seahorse.com as well. Very healthy and eating.

This is the tank as of now. It's a heavily modified red sea max doubling as a frag tank until I get my 40g breeder frag tank setup. I have some sea rod and sponges on the way and a bunch more macro algae coming in as well. Seahorses will be here any minute now, I'll upload pictures of them once they're nice and acclimated.

Have some really nice color to them and unfortunately they love hanging onto my corals. More motivation to get that frag tank setup. Also threw some fake plants in for now until the sea rod and sponges get in.

Very nice! I'm thinking about setting up a 75g seahorse tank and throw a frag tank in the sump. I want to fill it up with macro algae and sponges, it'd kind of be like a display refugium which would really benefit the corals growing out in the sump/frag tank. Just an idea..

Any babies from any of the seahorses?

Nice looking ponies! Makes me want to stop being lazy and set up the tank I picked up for seahorses.

Just one about a week after they arrived. No more since then or at least none we know about.
