Thanks!! Yeah seahorses don't get much play since they can't survive in a reef. Species tanks can be a lot of work for one species, but I like them a lot more than I thought I would. They have very real personalities, eat of your hand, and actually watch you with those crazy human like eyes...

Love them! They really are like true pets that have seperate distinct personalities and seem to be easier to keep them people say. You just need to do your research. I have two in a 14 gallon biocube for more than a year. Be sure to buy tank bred. Becarful bc tank raised does not always mean tank bred. I got mine from southwatch seahorse farm.

There is a pair of seahorses at my LFS and I was watching them last week and the smaller one came over and hooked onto the larger one, and the larger one had such a look for the smaller one like, "Really? You couldn't find anything else to hook onto?"
