I was recently given 90+ Redi fry from a fellow reefer. I thought I would give this a try. I am a week into this and I have had very few losses. I am not getting overly excited yet. I will be happy if I can get 5 or 6 to adulthood. Now, the other day on the way home from the store my husband found a lil something I might be intrested in. He came bursting through the door and said we can go to our concert(going to see Hootie and The Blowfish in SC) or you can get a fish tank"!!! Well, he saw a very nice sized tank in a yard at a garage sale and knew I would love it. He figured it was gonna be $300-$400 dollars. We went to check it out and the guy had $175 on it. I told him I was intrested and we talked for a second and I offered $125.

It comes with a stand, filter(hob), heater, and rock. It was fresh water so it will be very easy to clean. After chatting for a few mins, the guy I bought it from also has a basement FULL of tanks and supplies. I also got a 29 gallon sump for $20. The plans for this tank is it will be a seahorse tank. I am hoping to put the seahorses I was given into this tank as soon as they are big enough. For now I will be cleaning, filling and cycling this tank!!!:clap2:

HAHA The hubby was so proud of himself. FYI, I am still going to SC to the concert!!!!
