Filled up a “new to me” tank that was setup as a reef tank for a while (by previous owner) but has been empty in my living room for a couple months until I could gather the courage to do something with it. I just filled it with tap water to check everything. Fixed a leaking bulkhead. But with the black silicone I’m seeing seam imperfections that I prob wouldn’t have noticed if it was clear. Does this look like it could be an issue? Attached some pics/videos. I can get more video or pics too.

It stayed filled for 24 hours and none of the spots got worse/no leaks. Look like it’s not affecting where the actual pieces of glass join. I just emptied it and will redo the inner seal like people are suggesting.

Anyone around the Deforest, WI area that has experience resealing want to assist? I will buy all supplies needed.
