Seapora hang on back protein skimmer

Hello everyone, I am new to this saltwater world. I was recommended by the local fish store to buy this skimmer and it’s been doing nothing but releasing micro bubbles into the tank no matter how many times I adjusted.

For it not to release, micro bubbles water must fill the collection cup Has anybody ever heard of this brand or ever tried using one of their skimmers
