I have a 80G Seapora frag tank that I bought and realized that it does not have the weir that controls the water height in the tank. Would anyone on here be able to replicate this? I tried to buy a replacement but I can not seem to get one

Not knowing how it should look I can guess that it is supposed to be some sort of solid piece that has a couple grooves in it that can be slid up and down?

What are the two cutout/popout sections to the left and right?

Would need some measurements
Red line. Straight across from end of the weir to the other
Yellow line. Center point of that red line to the back of the weir to estimate the curvature.
Green line. Just a measure of how tall to make the plate. So from however high you might want it to go to below the nut that will hold it.
Orange line. Would be nice to know the width of the hole needed for the threads to fit through and the width of the wider portion on that nut so it secures the plate.

One more measurement... Distance between the center points of the nuts.

If you have a flexible ruler or piece of string you can measure the actual distance on the back surface of the overflow. It looks like they are inline with the two shorter slots so you could also measure from the center of each of those. Measurements in millimeters would be best. Preferably down to 1/10th millimeter regarding those two bolts.

I can get those measurements this weekend. Also I have attached a couple pictures of the actual piece that needs made. Example from a friends tank that is the same model.
