I found the furious fish to. Not much of a web site though. Chances are that if those are the only shops they list they maybe the only carriers. Id just keep trying furious fish. It does look like a pretty cool system though.

I have seen that elsewhere, but exactly where eludes me.

For what it's worth, I don't think that overflow is as special as it appears. (Please correct me if I'm wrong.) It looks like little more than two bulkheads that were molded together.

What makes it appear distinctive is that instead of using a standard screen for the drain side, they've used a low-profile screen similar to what is commonly used (in the US anyway) for hot-tub drains.

Kinda like what's pictured on this page.

If you can't get ahold of the manufacturer or any of their known distributors, a set of replacement bulkheads that use one of the linked screens for the drain may be your best bet. (Depends on the size you need too of course.)
