How do you go about accessing the standard non fusion setup? Is there a guide page or forum that can walk me threw setting up my controller to do seasonal changes.

If you have a classic, I think you are out of luck. I’ve been looking for the info too but can’t find it

would be nice if a Neptune rep actually came by once in a while to offer suggestions though...

You have to find the IP address of your apex or on an old one use a cat cable

Yep- that’s step one. To access the apex.local

That’s the easy part. What would be useful is a tutorial on how to apply the seasonal table to the varsp outlet and the coding required to change the led intensity based on the moon intensity values in the season table

@justingraham

thanks for the info- we posted right at the same time and I didn’t see your second post

any examples of how to set up an output from a varspd to control an led dimmer based on moon intensity? so if I have a couple 1w leds with an appropriate driver, it will change intensity for be the course of the cycle.

thanks

I use the LSM
So I cheated
My guess would be I don’t know really
The code is moon 000/000 then on
I don’t know if that would work as a variable speed it should right?

I think that’s right from what I’m gathering

that makes the values refer to the moon chart and the 000/000 gets overridden by the values in the table

but I’ve never been able to get anyone from Neptune to confirm it.
Plus- it needs a second time command To limit it in the evening so it doesn’t come on during the day

thanks!

To be honest to me anyway it doesn’t matter if it comes on during the day can’t see it and i actually find it interesting when it’s a new moon out I now know
