sebea nem won't attatch.

today I just got a sebea nem for my 15g after taking my rbta out and moving them to my 60g(just wanted a change of scenery). And it won't stick to anything, I put it against the rock with no flow and tried ontop of the rock as well with no luck, now I put it on its side on the sand level with its foot close to the rock, and the clown inside of it keep is moving it around a little, what should I do?

Stop flow for a couple of hours and allow it to set its foot into sand or rock. Often if this happens, there may be too much flow

Do you have a picture of its foot? IME Sebae nems are notorious for having tears on the foot. This normally leads to their demise but there are reports of some healing from it.

Mine took FOREVER to put its foot down. . . Like a week or more. . . I ended up put it in a floating breeder box until it put it's foot down so it wouldn't end up in a power head

ya I had a 256gph powerhead in my 9.3 allon and it was way to strong, i clipped one-1/2 of the blades down, basically cut the gph in half, and it attached its foot I think
