Wpg is probably the stupidest "guide" I have ever come across.....in reefing and planted tanks.

My $0.02......blast it with light and flow and you're good to go.

i just hooked up a rotating powerhead think i'll give sps another go as soon as i make it to the lfs that is when my harlequins come in :-D

Those Flo-rotators kill a bit of flow.

did you just put an add on, to an old power head? You def have enough light i would just make sure ur flow is at least 40x. if you want you can try a piece of this easy birdsnest i have LMK

ive only had one SPS bleach on me ever. it was an ORA blue-green tort. and it was because my tank edged near 86 degrees (i was on vacation).

i would say your tank is a bit young for SPS at the time.

o man, i hope u didnt just buy that bc u would have been better off with a k1 or k2. Make sure you clean that at least once every 2 weeks as it will stop sweeping

k2 in a 15? little overkill.... my lps will never come out

yea never mind i forgot urs is a 15 u could get away with a k1 or nanok, IMO much much better then the powersweep. They creat a lot of random flow with out haveing to worry about
A. it getting clogged and having to clean it
B. Its not a blast of water so to speak but a more wave like stream so its not so direct
