I have a large (3”x3”) frag of GSP on the back glass of my aquarium. I originally attached it with super glue, and it’s been fine for about 2 months. This morning I woke up, and it’s fallen off the glass. Luckily it just kind of slide down, so it’s not leaning against the glass, sitting in the sand. Is there something better for securing a large mat like this to glass? I a relative newbie trying to figure things out. Thanks!

Not really. Algae gets behind the glue over time and loosens its grip. I would suggest getting a magnetic frag holder. I have bought many from Aqua Rocks there products are great and I’m sure you will find something that will work https://aquarocksdesigns.com/

You have two options.

GSP can be super glued to coralline algae if you have that available.

The easiest is to put the frag on a frag rack that attaches to the glass. Then it will grow on the glass.
After time, you can pull the rack off if you like.

Below is a 1” frag of GSP after 6 months on a frag rack which is still in place.

This stuff grows faster than anything I’ve seen.

It’s also easy to remove, you can pull sheets of it off the glass.
