I took some liverock from my holding container to place in my new tank to cycle. The liverock has some Bristleworms and amphipods living in it.I placed the rock in the new tank and noticed all the bristleworms died.So I checked salinity in liverock container it was 1.035, salinity in new tank is 1.020.Will this drastic change kill the bacteria.

Thanks,The amphipods are still alive, just running low salinity for the bacteria to grow for the next few weeks.
