This is what happened for me but as you can see the date it 2022. I suppose it's possible their systems have changed and it can't be done any more. My par values that it reported went down about 20- 25% after the update as I recall.

In order to upgrade from 4.0.4 to 4.0.8, we will have to perform this manually. It is not available for automatic updates.
Would you like us to upgrade this for you?
If yes, please ensure that you have the Seneye connect application open and running with the device connected. Please do not close the app or allow your PC to turn off/sleep as this will prevent us from performing the upgrade.
Once the upgrade is complete, we will let you know so that you can close the app and remove your device if you wish to.
