Shape a sarcophyton

Hi
Do you have trick to help a sarcophyton to shape like you want (flow,light,placement)

I try to make my sarco to be near the sand

You can try messing with light intensity and flow but it's likely not going to work very well if at all and messing with those two parameters much may be detrimental to other animals in the system.
