I know I've had a few times where there's issues with my tank. I scour R2R and I come up with typical solutions to generic problems, but then there's people that I talk to who've read into the nuances of things and given their input and it makes all the difference. This thread is basically a chance to call out the people that have made a positive impact on your tank. I'll start. @00W, @kevgib67, @tbrown, and most of the #Smorgasbord helped me going through a bad case of cyano. I was about to nuke my tank with chemiclean but luckily I had people telling me to settle down, be patient, get my nutrients figured out, etc and help me to settle down and stop panicking.

@luis angel needs a commendation too because he's an extremely considerate and generous person.

Thanks guys!

I have so many different times that people here have helped me out in one way or another. I can't remember most of them just because there have been so many!

I will say, similar to your experience, I hang out in threads where knowledge is shared freely.

Perfectly said! Except I'm pretty sure someone set a quota on my daily questions :thinking-face: :face-with-tears-of-joy:

Was the daily quota deserved?
I hardly think so, a interest in knowledge needs to be kindled until it's grown! :face-with-tears-of-joy: it was super unreasonable too. Something like 999 questions a day

I hope that quota was just for reefing related questions.

It was. He asked more questions than a 5 year old with ADHD coming off his ritalin!
