How does everyone recieve their fish when being shipped in this hot weather? Do they have cool packs in there? Just wondering I have some clowns I will be shippng soon. Thanks in advance.

Depnds where you're shipping to and from, but yes Ice packs in the summer are crucial. Wrap it in newspaper or the like (as you would a heat pack) and tape it to the top of the styro box. Ensure whomever your sending them to does not let them sit on a porch, have them pick up directly from FedEx.

IF YOU HAD TO OPERATE EVERYTHING ELSE MANUALLY, WHICH AUTOMATED SYSTEM WOULD YOU KEEP?
