Shipping Issues

Well, I put an order in for Reef Kingdom last week. It was shipped on Monday and arrived on Tuesday. The bags were cold and so was the heat pack. Right now I have about 5 polyps open, I ordered about 30 all together. What are the chances they are just taking their sweet time coming out?

Is the flesh of the polyps firm and greyish, or soft and white?

I ordered some stuff from them recently. Had them in my nanocube for a week, took forever to open, put them under my 106 Watt PC's and they opened right up.

Do yours have the long stalk syndrome?

They do look very firm.

Several have the long stalk syndrome... what is that?

Streching for light i believe. Just make sure none get any algea growing on them to keep them in somewhat of a flow out of direct light.
Leave them settle for a bit.
