Hi everyone,

I am new to selling on r2r and need some help. when shipping a listed item to the buyer, does the shipping address of the buyer has to match with what is on their Paypal account in order for seller (myself) to get protection from Paypal? I noticed the address given to be by the buyer doesn’t match with what is on their Paypal account that was used to pay. thanks in advance

I would absolutely tell the buyer that it has to match, I would want to take any chances.

yes that’s what i asked of him, to change on Paypal to match with current/shipping address. I was scammed once on ebay where I shipped an item to a different address that was different from their Paypal account. Buyer reported fraud, Paypal refunded buyer and I as a seller was not cover because i shipped to an address that was different from buyers Paypal account

was just wondering if policy applies same to r2r buying and selling for future reference.
