Shipwreck/Coral Display tank

Hey guys recently my Red Sea reefer 350G2 has been neglected , due to my time in school, all my coral died and only a few pieces were left , not having an income or time at the moment has made my tank suffer after my coral died my tank looked dead and boring except for the fish so I added fake coral from Amazon see pics below , they looked okay however after some time they started to bug me and hurt my eyes and my pride lol so I took them out yesterday , with that being said I’ve been inspired again to make things happen and decided to do a shipwreck theme with mainly softies leathers, toadstools, etc. Overall I just wanted to upload my progress on here and perhaps have someone hold me accountable lol anyway enjoy some pics of my tank throughout its transitions !

Love the look of the ship. Can't wait to see what this looks like in the future. A zoa garden on the bottom of ship rocks would look pretty cool.

Do you know if the ship is fine to be in saltwater for long periods of time? I say that because sometimes putting that kind of thing in a saltwater tank will leach chemicals off of it. Not to mention those kinds of things usually get covered in algae and are hard to clean. Still cool though

Love the sunken ship idea. Did you coat this with anything or buy a reef safe specific piece?

I suspect it should be I bought the ship at my local fish store so I think it should be safe it’s a top fin brand

Hey everyone just wanted to add the update of what my tank looks like now and man this was honestly a good move in my opinion filled my tank nicely ! Before my tank was looking to empty too plain and boring , although I feel this shipwreck does give it resteraunt tank vibes lol but I still like it! Here some updates pics
