Should I end my copper treatment early?

Here is a link to the video. I put him in new water because his breathing was getting slow and I am doing a water change now.

But he mainly just lays on his side and doesn’t really move at all.

O.K., that fin damage isn't from flukes, must be from the other fish. I just wanted to rule that out.

Yeah I had a feeling. I think he might be super stressed and I do believe the hippo tang was bullying him. Any advice or is it just wait and hope he pulls through?

Do you think its possible (if I'm seeing the video correctly) - that the fish is disoriented some since the bottom panel is clear - as compared to solid?

I just put him in that small holder for a bit while I do a water change. I am vacuuming the bottom of the QT tank and I don’t want to stress him any more. But he has been like that for over 24 hours now.
